The Fryer Operator prepares the dough by mixing ingredients according to the supervisor’s instructions and records the dough mix confirmations in the SAP computer program. In addition, the Fryer Operator operates the fryer and oversees the quality of product during the frying process. The position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may affect product safety, legality, and quality.

• Mixing Dough:
  Lift and move ingredient bags from pallet level to the mixing process using the Dandy Lift table; operate controls to adjust mix and set mix temperature; record dough mix confirmations in SAP; prepare 15–20 doughs per 8-hour shift.
• Dough Handling and Frying:
  Assist with transferring mixed dough to the fryer, operate the fryer controls, and monitor temperature to ensure proper frying of donuts; rake remaining dough as needed.
• Quality and Compliance:
  Demonstrate the ability to perform routine production tasks in accordance with applicable standards; ensure compliance with internal food safety and quality policies and procedures; maintain cleanliness of the work area; comply with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc.).
• Other Duties:
  Perform other duties as directed by supervision and contribute to meeting work schedules and attendance policies.

• Preferred: One or more years of production experience.
• Essential: No educational prerequisite; demonstrated ability to read, comprehend, and record information applicable to the job.
