• Bringing Home the Dough The Fryer Operator prepares the dough by mixing ingredients according to the supervisor’s instructions and records the dough mix confirmations in the SAP computer program. In addition, the Fryer Operator operates the fryer and oversees the quality of product during the frying process. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality, and/or quality.
• Rising to the Challenge:
  Position Responsibilities Mix dough with an automatic mixer, operate controls to adjust mix and temperature, record dough mix confirmations in SAP, and prepare 15–20 doughs per eight-hour shift.
• Operate and monitor the fryer to maintain proper temperatures and ensure donuts are fried properly.
• Demonstrate ability to perform routine production tasks in accordance with applicable standards as directed by supervisor or person in charge.
• Ensure compliance with internal food safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and comply with all company policies and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervision and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc.).
• Perform duties considered by management as integral to the job, including scheduling, attendance, and other operating rules, policies and procedures.

• Preferred Qualifications One or more years of production experience.
• Essential Job Requirements No educational prerequisite; however must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record information applicable to the job.
