We have an exciting opportunity for an ERP Application Support Manager within the London Stock Exchange Group – we’re looking for a proven Senior IT Application Support Manager with a strong service management, data, and operational management background to manage, supervise and guide the delivery and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP services and related operational process ecosystem at LSEG.
** ROLE

SUMMARY:

** To manage and enhance the IT service delivery and application support of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform and technology processes supporting Finance s role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud, and other integration platform as a service (iPaaS) solutions, and how these are used to ensure interoperability between the ERP platform and other software applications within a complex technology ecosystem.

The ideal candidate needs to have a strong background in IT application support / service management in large financial services organisations and  have good working knowledge of the ITIL Framework and associated processes.
