VIGO is thrilled to be recruiting for a Senior BMS Commissioning Engineer role, partnering with a market leader in smart buildings and energy optimisation. This is an exciting contract opportunity based at a commercial project in Central London.
Role OverviewIn this role, you will be the driving force behind the commissioning of Trend and Niagara platforms. Projects will range from commercial office CAT A & B fit‑outs. You will be responsible for full commissioning, software modifications, functional testing, and more. You must be confident running areas independently and delivering optimisation strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Full commissioning responsibility for allocated areas
- Software modifications and controller configuration
- Integration between Trend and Niagara platforms
- Point‑to‑point testing and functional testing
- Client demonstrations and witnessing
- Delivering optimisation strategies
- Previous experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer
- Worked with Tridium Niagara N4 and Trend IQVision systems
- Experience delivering commercial projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Capability to push program delivery
- Previous experience delivering optimisation strategies is desirable.
- Competitive day rate of £380–£420.
- Minimum 6-month contract with potential extensions
- Work Outside IR35
