As a Package Handler Trainer at Fed Ex in London, ON
, you will play a key role in training team members to safely and efficiently manage packages. You’ll be actively involved in loading, unloading, palletizing, and scanning
, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance across the dock.

• Train new and existing Package Handlers on core functions like package scanning, safe lifting, palletizing, and non-conveyable handling
  , to maintain operational efficiency and workplace safety.
• Lead by example and demonstrate best practices across the dock and package line.
• Support daily physical operations, including lifting and sorting packages
  , monitor safety, and update supervisors about shift conditions.

Job Type: Part-Time – Facility Operations

• Ability to train peers effectively on package handling tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable in loud, hot or cold warehouse environments
• Familiarity with equipment like hand-held scanners
  , skate wheels, and dock carts
• Valid driver’s license required for switcher roles
