Student, Robotic Process Automation Developer

The pay range for this position is $27.25-$27.75 per hour.

• Support the development of a GDLS Digital Workforce through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation tools/techniques as required.
• Convert existing manual and/or repeatable business processes into automated or partially automated solutions.
• Match an appropriate solution to the business process.
• Recognize business requirements to determine actionable automation solutions.
• Work with the assigned business analyst and integrate within the existing framework to provide seamless value‑added services.
• Responsible for the automation development cycle, including:
  • Development of automation solutions based on defined user requirements, including risk and error handling protocols.
  • Testing and troubleshooting.
  • Production monitoring.
  • Enhancement deployment.
• Support design and update of internal communication portal content.

• Working towards a university degree or college diploma in Computer Science or a related field of study.
• Strong technical knowledge of automation best practices (ability to code).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Desire to innovate, continually improve existing processes and develop new methodologies.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work proactively with a focus on execution.

• Demonstrated experience with RPA utilizing Automation Anywhere (preferred), and potentially other coding including but not limited to Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, HTML, etc.
