Electrician

Full-time 32 hrs/wk | Wage: $40/hour | Closes

Just Jon handyman Services is a young company with a dedicated team delivering excellence to our customers. Work includes everything from 4-hour jobs to multiple month renovations. Looking for a driven individual with a keen eye for detail, positive attitude, flexible and open minded.

• Effective and prompt communication with customers and team members
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as residential & commercial handyman services, window and door installations, rental property maintenance, honey do lists, flooring, drywalling, painting, carpentry, garbage runs, stairs & docks
• Plan for future jobs and pick up materials as needed
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues
• Repair or replace damaged components
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
• Travel to jobsites
• Accountability for quality

• Proven experience in construction
• Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or with a team
• Excellent communication skills

• Must be willing to work on challenging projects
• Must have a valid G driver’s license
• Must have own vehicle and set of tools
• Must be reliable
• Must be tech savvy
• Must have OCOT certification in good standing

Pay:
From $40.00 per hour
