Senior Technical Associate – location:
Waterloo, Ontario
. We are a fast‑paced, forward‑looking organization working with big coffee and beverage brands. This role focuses on the installation, set‑up, repair and ongoing maintenance of VHCS equipment to ensure customer satisfaction and beverage quality.

• Service and maintain customer equipment.
• Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment.
• Install machines at customer locations.
• Maintain adequate parts levels in service truck for equipment repairs.

• High School Diploma.
• At least 1 year in a similar technical role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude – experience with electronics, plumbing or electrical systems.

• Bilingualism in concerned provinces.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer‑service skills.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
