Prerequisites include education and hospital experience, with a preference for experience mas Elgin General Hospital. Excellent leadership, written and verbal communication skills, along with good to excellent computer skills, are essential.

The position involves leading a shift, reporting to the Senior Team Leader and STEGH Security Supervisor. Responsibilities include deploying resources, managing Codes, coaching and training guards, and handling book-offs.

• Ontario Security Guard License
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to learn, troubleshoot, and support security software systems
• Critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
• Ability to foster a team environment
• Motivation and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Familiarity with Lenel, Track Tik, and Prospective software
• Minimum one year of leadership experience (preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills

• Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
• Valid Ontario Security License
