Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Opening and closing the restaurant on multiple days in the week.
  • Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts and kitchen staff.
  • Monitor customer service and address any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct daily food safety audits.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
  • Maintain optimized labor cost and food cost.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and quality control.
  • Handle cash transactions and manage cash outs, purchases, suppliers, contractors etc.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Weekly inventory and ordering.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the Restaurant at all times.
  • Perform equipment maintenance and other small regular maintenance.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills to provide excellent dining experiences.
  • Experience in restaurant management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knowledge of different cuisines.
  • Bartending skills to prepare and serve beverages to customers, if required.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively manage a diverse staff.
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards.
  • Cash handling skills for managing transactions accurately.
  • Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire the team.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year.

Schedule:

9 hour shift, any day of the week and weekends. Job Type: Full-time.
