Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Opening and closing the restaurant on multiple days in the week.
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts and kitchen staff.
- Monitor customer service and address any issues or complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct daily food safety audits.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
- Maintain optimized labor cost and food cost.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and quality control.
- Handle cash transactions and manage cash outs, purchases, suppliers, contractors etc.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Weekly inventory and ordering.
- Ensure cleanliness of the Restaurant at all times.
- Perform equipment maintenance and other small regular maintenance.
- Strong customer service skills to provide excellent dining experiences.
- Experience in restaurant management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knowledge of different cuisines.
- Bartending skills to prepare and serve beverages to customers, if required.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively manage a diverse staff.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards.
- Cash handling skills for managing transactions accurately.
- Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire the team.

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year.
Schedule:
9 hour shift, any day of the week and weekends. Job Type: Full-time.
