Job Description

We are now looking for a confident and passionate FB Team Leader to join our OXBO restaurant within our award‑winning team at Hilton London Bankside.

Position Purpose
We are currently looking for an individual with a true passion for service. You will engage with guests and ensure they have an exceptional time, and always look out for new ways of improving the service and atmosphere in our restaurant.

Role in our Family
  • Have full knowledge of the food and drink offering in the Bar.
  • Liaise with all team members and the kitchen to ensure swift and efficient food and drink service to the tables.
  • Ensure the team receive adequate briefings.
  • Assist with training and stock takes and ensure we have adequate stock for the shift.
  • Prepare the restaurant for service, and maintain a tidy and enjoyable environment at all times.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all menu items provided and identifying opportunities for up‑selling and promoting when appropriate.
  • Ensure team members work together and communicate to provide a continuously high standard of service to our guests.
  • Report and follow up on any comments, VIP arrivals or guest queries as they occur.
