As a Prep Cook, you will be working with our Culinary team to ensure consistent high‑quality food and customer service is delivered. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of cold food items for the line, pantry and/or production area of the main kitchen. You are also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining proper pars of production level estimates, ensuring leftovers are used and properly stored, maintaining the cleanliness and order of refrigerators and work areas, ensuring proper food rotation, assisting with the set‑up and breakdown of buffets, and correctly filling out production charts.

You are excited to start or take the next step in your career in the field of hospitality. You have a keen eye for detail, a passion for food, and do not shy away from industrial equipment, manual work, or being on your feet for an entire shift. Your pride in organizational skills and fast pace will be a great benefit in this role.
