Join Morton – a multi-office, non-franchise agency with a strong presence across Sydney. We’re seeking an energetic and professional Property Inspection Officer to support our high-performing team. You will be based in our Penrith office, providing inspection and leasing support to both our award winning Property Management teams.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for either someone with a background in customer service or client-facing roles who is ready to step into the dynamic world of real estate, or a current Leasing or Inspections officer looking to join a reputable and supportive firm. Full training and support provided.

Responsibilities include:

Organize and complete routine, ingoing, outgoing and leasing inspections.

Liaise with tenants for access details and ensure smooth inspection processes.

Conduct thorough inspections with detailed reports and photos/360 degree videos.

Report inspection outcomes and recommendations to the Property Manager.

Manage the end-to-end leasing process for vacant properties.

Provide guidance and advice to prospective tenants and our landlords during leasing.

Maintain accurate records and manage property details using company software.

What we are looking for:

Individuals who are driven, impeccably presented and customer orientated.

Someone who enjoys being out of the office and managing their own time.

Excellent attention to detail when it comes to presentation.

You must hold a current Real Estate License or Assistant Agent Certificate.

You need a driving license and a car.

You must be able to work Monday to Saturday, with Friday as a rostered day off.

You will be renumerated at the current Real Estate Award rate for your experience, a car allowance and commission for each property leased. OTE commissions $15k-$20k per year.
