The Marketing team is responsible for developing and leading programs at all stages of the marketing funnel to drive demand and create opportunities for our global sales team. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage localized marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of our Partners and Private Sector customers across the globe. You will maintain a strong connection to the field by collaborating closely with sales, capturing and relaying regional feedback, and working in partnership with the Global Vertical team to execute programs that drive brand awareness, new logo acquisition, and customer expansion.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Develop and execute channel marketing programs that drive pipeline growth for both new logo acquisition and customer expansion globally in partnership with the sales team. This includes monitoring progress against targets on a country level, as well as identifying, planning, and executing programs to close pipeline coverage gaps
- Gather, analyze, and communicate feedback from sales, partners, and customers to inform program improvements and ensure regional relevance. Ensure campaigns are localized for different markets (working cross-functionally) to tailor messaging, content, and delivery to meet specific regional needs while maintaining global consistency
- Plan and execute hosted and sponsored events globally, alongside the Global Events Team, to drive engagement and build relationships with customers, partners, and prospects
- Build and nurture relationships with regional channel partners, supporting enablement, co-marketing activities, and joint campaigns
- Collaborate with the Vertical Team and BDR Leader to synchronize field-level activities with global channel, ABM, and brand initiatives to streamline efforts and maximize team impact
- Leverage marketing automation systems and sales automation systems (Salesloft, Salesforce) to stage, execute, track, and manage programs
- Take a leadership role in defining and tracking key metrics;
Report on program performance, partner engagement, and campaign outcomes, presenting actionable insights cross-functionally and to leadership - Forecast and manage the regional marketing budget, track expenditures, and oversee invoice processing
- Proven experience in marketing program management, channel marketing, and B2B marketing
, with a focus on demand generation - Innovative, resourceful, and eager to adopt new marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams, particularly sales, while aligning programs to field priorities
- Experience supporting event management and execution
, including global events - Familiarity with tools such as ON24, Cvent, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Demandbase, Salesloft, Zoom Info, and AI solutions
- Experience localizing campaigns to ensure messaging and content resonates across markets
