Marketing Manager, KPMG Law – KPMG Canada

Overview

As Marketing Manager, you’ll shape and execute national‑scale integrated marketing and knowledge initiatives, partnering closely with the National Marketing Director and regional teams to elevate the KPMG Law brand, deepen client relationships, and accelerate growth.

You Will Do
  • Ignite digital & content excellence: launch resonant campaigns, develop original thought leadership, and keep KPMG Law’s digital presence vibrant and forward‑thinking across social, email, and other channels.
  • Champion collaboration & relationships: build and nurture dynamic partnerships with Partners, Service Line leads, and marketing visionaries across the firm and globally.
  • Lead projects that leave a mark: orchestrate standout events, sponsor ships, webinars, and national conferences; manage legal ranking submissions and special projects that push boundaries.
  • Decode markets & uncover opportunity: track the Canadian legal ecosystem, transform data and insights into strategies, and support smarter decisions to accelerate growth.
What You Bring To

The Role
  • 7–10 years’ experience in marketing within a national or global organization, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Diploma or undergraduate degree, ideally in marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrable success in activating multi‑channel marketing programs, emphasizing digital and social, with proven use of metrics for analysis.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to secure buy‑in from diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand complex or technical matters and translate them into client‑relevant marketing activities.
  • Experience identifying key industry and client information (trends, issues, data, opportunities) and presenting marketing perspectives to meet strategic goals.
  • Digital‑first strategic thinker with experience in content creation, storytelling, digital media, social media best practices, and search.
  • Collaborative team player with experience in a matrixed environment.
  • Growth mindset, strategic and creative thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience analyzing and drawing insights from external research and business data.

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English‑speaking colleagues or stakeholders nationally in our English speaking provinces while at KPMG.

Pay Range Information

Base salary range: $74,000 – $111,000. Bonus awards may be eligible. Salary determination is based on individual location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
