- Build the growth engine: Design, execute, and optimize campaigns that generate high-quality leads and accelerate new logo acquisition.
- Set the pace: Use the OKR framework to define key metrics, set ambitious targets, and deliver consistently.
- Lead and mentor: Assemble and inspire a high‑performing marketing team that shares your passion for results.
- Drive Cleanlist’s brand: Elevate our voice in the market, position Cleanlist as the partner of choice, and ensure our message is heard loud and clear.
- A proven track record of successful inbound and outbound digital marketing outcomes - generating compelling content, building social influence, and building a robust funnel of Marketing Qualified Leads.
- A proven track record of building and scaling marketing teams through high‑growth phases.
- Deep experience in B2B marketing, ideally with SaaS, data, or tech‑driven businesses.
- A balance of strategic vision and tactical execution — you can set the course and roll up your sleeves.
- A powerful network of contacts, partners, and resources you can call upon to get things done.
