AULT a company of Alta Equipment Group, is seeking a full-time Welder in Waterloo, Québec. The main responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:

• Prepare parts and surfaces for welding
• Perform welds using processes such as SMAW and FCAW, in all positions
• Inspect welds for potential defects and carry out necessary repairs
• Perform regular maintenance of welding equipment and maintain a clean, safe workarea
• Maintain welding equipment and machinery
• Collaborate closely with mechanical technicians

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with SMAW and FCAW welding processes
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a welding position
• Experience on construction sites and with crushing quipment (an asset)
• Attention to detail and precision
• Organized, positive person and a strong team player
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
