** What You’ll Be Doing:*
* • Setting up and operating 5‑axis CNC grinding machines to sharpen and recondition carbide tools.  
• Performing frequent changeovers for small‑quantity custom orders.  
• Using precision measuring tools and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.  
• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and adjusting CNC grinding equipment.  
• Entering CNC programs, conducting inspections, and ensuring parts meet close‑tolerance specifications.  
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization of work areas.##

* What We’re Looking For:

*
* • High School diploma or equivalent.  
• 1–3 years of experience in CNC machining, tool grinding, or precision machining.  
• Strong mathematical skills, including basic trigonometry.  
• Ability to read blueprints, process sheets, and follow traceability procedures.  
• Hands‑on experience with precision measuring instruments.  
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.##
** Bonus Points If You Have:*
* • Post‑secondary education in machining, tool & die, manufacturing technology, or related field.  
• Experience with 5‑axis CNC grinding equipment.  
• Familiarity with WHMIS and industrial safety requirements.##
