College/CEGEP - Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years Work setting - Willing to relocate Tasks
- Organize tasks to accomplish the work
- Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- Maintain work records and logs
- Hire and train staff
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Ensure products and work methods maximize safety, productivity and comfort Personal suitability
