AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT SERVICE SHOP FOREMAN

Delta Power Equipment is a full‑service farm and construction equipment dealership with 450+ employees providing sales, service and parts support at multiple locations across Ontario. SUMMARY OF POSITION:

• The Service Shop Foreman will assist the Service Manager with the daily operations of the service department.
• Supervise the service team and assign technicians to the appropriate job duties to drive the growth of revenue, technical productivity and promote high quality customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
• Provide accurate estimates for service jobs and help review all work orders or invoices for customers.
• Assist technicians in the diagnostics, electrical work, general repairs, maintenance and pre‑delivery inspections of equipment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience as an Agriculture Equipment Technician or Heavy Equipment Technician.
• Effective leadership skills with a strong focus on operations and business processes.
• Proven mechanical abilities and strong working knowledge of mechanical application or repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently in a busy environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
• Knowledge of the agricultural industry and related equipment.
