Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, workplace modernization, and IT service management functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience managing multi‑workstream IT programs, deep understanding of ITIL processes, and a proven track record of delivering infrastructure upgrades in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of infrastructure and technology modernization projects.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, roadmaps, schedules, and workstream coordination across technical teams.
- Ensure feasibility of project delivery with respect to scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Oversee SOWs, change requests, and project documentation aligned to PMO governance standards.
- Manage enterprise‑scale infrastructure initiatives such as:
- Cloud/GCVE/GCP server migration
- Cybersecurity & vulnerability management improvements
- Collaborate with architecture, operations, cloud, and security teams to ensure successful technical delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retros) to enhance team performance and improve delivery predictability.
- Drive continuous improvement and coach teams on Agile best practices, improving sprint velocity and team performance.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement through consistent communication, executive reporting, and financial tracking.
- Work closely with business partners to develop business cases, manage benefits, and support change adoption.
- Manage relationships with system integrators, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee project financials including estimates, forecasts, budgeting, invoicing, and margin control.
- Track and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across project phases.
- Provide data‑driven reporting through tools such as Power BI, Jira, MS Project, and Service Now.
- Mentor junior PMs and delivery resources, supporting onboarding and skill development.
- Drive a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and accountability across project teams.
- 5–10+ years of experience managing infrastructure and technology programs in enterprise environments.
- Proven track record delivering infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and workplace modernization projects.
- Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM, service management workflows, and change control processes.
- Hands‑on experience with tools such as:
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
