Campbell & Co. Insurance Consultants, a Navacord Broker Partner based in Komoka, ON is seeking a Marketing Systems Analyst to join our Marketing team.
You’re the operational backbone for marketing technology and platform delivery. Working across marketing, sales enablement, automation, and AI-powered platforms, you’ll support Wolf Den, Affinity, Trillium, and strategic automation projects. You will report to the Manager of Marketing & Creatives and work closely with our AI Solutions Engineer.
This is a new role which suits someone who creates structure from complexity, holds competing priorities without losing focus, and moves fast in evolving environments.
What You’ll Do- Technical Support & Platforms (30%) — Research tools and vendors, build comparison matrices, manage platform payments and renewals, troubleshoot dev environments, support no-code/low-code automations (Make, Zapier, Zoho), and develop working knowledge of our stack (Azure, Railway, APIs)
- Project Coordination (25%) — Translate stakeholder needs into scoped briefs with timelines and success criteria, manage delivery across Wolf Den, HR Analytics, and automation projects, run status meetings, and maintain documentation in Asana and Notion
- Stakeholder Management (25%) — Serve as first contact for platform/automation requests, communicate status and risks to leadership clearly, manage expectations through shifting priorities, and shield the technical team from low-priority interruptions
- Process Improvement (15%) — Maintain dashboards, document workflows, create training materials, identify bottlenecks, and build reusable templates
- Strategic Support (5%) — Contribute delivery insights to planning, evaluate technical feasibility, and surface cross-project patterns
Salary Range: $65,
Requirements- 3+ years in project management, business analysis, or marketing operations
- Track record managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
- Technical literacy: comfortable learning new software, understanding APIs and integrations conceptually
- Self-directed work style
Asana (or similar PM tool), Zoho suite, Canva, no-code automation platforms, basic SQL/API understanding, experience with dev teams
EducationBachelor’s in Business, Marketing, PM, or related (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years in coordination, analysis, or ops roles. Insurance/financial services experience and PMP/CAPM are valued but not required.
