We are looking for a Senior SAP IS-U Data Migration Consultant with 10+ years of progressive SAP experience, demonstrating deep hands‑on expertise in the SAP Industry Solution for Utilities (IS-U). The ideal candidate will be a technical leader responsible for designing, executing, and overseeing all aspects of large‑scale IS-U data migration efforts, particularly those involving S/4

HANA transformation.

• Strategy & Leadership:
  Lead the end-to-end IS-U data migration strategy, planning, and execution, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and business objectives.
• Data Design & Mapping:
  Design complex data mapping rules and transformation logic for migrating high-volume utility master data (e.g., Business Partner, Contract Account, Premise, Installation, Device Management) from legacy systems to SAP IS-U/S/4
  
  HANA.
• Execution & Tools:
  Hands‑on execution of data migration using preferred SAP tools such as SAP S/4
  
  HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC), SAP Data Services (BODS), and LSMW (where applicable).
• Data Quality:
  Establish robust procedures for data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and post‑migration data quality assurance to ensure regulatory compliance and billing accuracy.
• Technical Expertise:
  Collaborate with functional and technical teams (ABAP, Fiori) to develop custom migration objects and interfaces as needed.
• Mentorship:
  Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices in SAP IS-U data migration and S/4
  
  HANA readiness.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 10 years of hands‑on SAP consulting experience.
• IS-U Expertise: A minimum of 5 years dedicated experience within the SAP IS-U module, covering core areas such as Billing, Invoicing, Device Management, and FI-CA.
• Data Migration Focus:
  Strong, demonstrable experience in at least three large‑scale, end-to-end IS-U data migration projects.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Deep understanding of the IS-U data model and hands‑on proficiency with SAP migration tools (LTMC, BODS, or similar ETL tools).
• S/4
  
  HANA Knowledge:
  Proven understanding of the S/4
  
  HANA data model changes relevant to the IS-U module and experience in brownfield or greenfield conversion preparation.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Public Sector/Transit
  
  Experience:
  
  Prior consulting experience within the public sector or large transit utility organizations.
• Methodology:
