This entry-level Data Analyst role supports the Data & Analytics team in requirement gathering, report development, and insight generation. The position is designed for early-career professionals with a strong interest in data analysis, visualization, and business process improvement. The role works closely with senior analysts and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions, with exposure to leading-edge data technologies.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Power BI reporting and dashboard enhancements
- Building reports (not just data extraction)
- Working with data for insights and analysis
Must-Have Skills (Top
5)
- Strong interest in data analysis / data work 1-2+ years experience
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau (data visualization)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with AI
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Python
- Databricks experience (used by team, but not critical)
- Understanding of business process design
