Trudell Medical Limited is the Corporate entity within the Trudell Medical Group of Companies and operates out of our offices in London, Ontario Canada.

Role

Organizational Change Management Specialist to join our Corporate Organizational Effectiveness team. This is an office-based role with the option of a hybrid work arrangement. Must be available to come into the London, Ontario office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness, you will strengthen The Trudell Medical Group’s collective ability to serve patients and healthcare professionals by ensuring that organizational changes across the enterprise are understood, adopted, and sustained. You will partner with project champions, functional leaders, etc. to integrate change management into change initiatives by developing and sharing expertise and right-sized tools.

  • Change Strategy, Frameworks and Governance:
    Develop and maintain enterprise change management frameworks, standards, playbooks, and tools for adoption or adaptation by the Trudell Medical Group Operating Companies (OpCos).
  • Governance:
    Support the establishment of governance practices for integrating change management into major enterprise initiatives.
  • Join enterprise-level stakeholder, change impact, and readiness assessments for cross-company projects.
  • Enterprise Readiness, Adoption and Measurement:
    Define enterprise-wide change readiness criteria and change adoption metrics.
  • Monitor change progress and adoption across TMG, identify patterns, risks, and systemic barriers.
  • Produce regular enterprise-wide reporting and insights for senior leadership.
  • Support integration and data synchronization between e-commerce platforms, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Enterprise Capability Building:
    Develop and deliver corporate training curricula (technical, process, and soft skills) to strengthen baseline OCM capability across the organization.
  • Coach enterprise project teams on embedding change practices into planning and execution.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to align change messaging and ensure accurate, timely change communications across companies.
  • Relationship Management and Local Partnership:
    Build strong, trust-based relationships with each OpCo to understand their unique cultures, challenges, and priorities.
  • Adapt approaches based on each OpCo’s readiness, capacity, and operating model.
  • Serve as a connector between OpCos, helping share practices, insights, and lessons learned.
  • Change Consultation and Project Support:
    Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to OpCo leadership and project teams.
  • Provide hands-on change management support tailored to each OpCo’s context, maturity, and available resources.
  • Help OpCo teams assess impacts, identify stakeholder needs, and build local change and communication plans.
  • Facilitation, Training and On-Demand Support:
    Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and training programs for OpCo teams.
  • Support OpCo-requested sessions such as readiness workshops, role-mapping exercises, or change impact discussions.
  • Customize and deliver OpCo-specific training materials and job aids.
Qualifications

You have a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or a related field. You have 3-7 years of experience supporting or leading change initiatives, facilitating workshops, developing content, delivering and evaluating training programs. You can engage with stakeholders at all levels and lead collaboration on specific initiatives. You have a familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) as well as strong presentation skills and ability to learn new systems rapidly.
