We are looking for a Paid Media Strategist who is technically sound, self-sufficient, and ready to take ownership of our acquisition channels (Meta, Google, and Linked In).
You won’t be micromanaged here. We are looking for someone who can diagnose performance issues on a mature, high-spend account just as effectively as they can build a strategy for a zero-data account launch. You should be comfortable acting as the primary strategic voice for your clients, translating complex data into clear business insights.
Who You Are- A Builder & An Optimizer: You are confident stepping into legacy accounts to improve ROAS, but you aren’t afraid of the "blank page" - you can launch new campaigns with no historical data and find traction quickly.
- Platform Fluent: You have deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads (search, LSA, You Tube, PMax), Meta (Facebook/IG), and Linked In.
- Client Ready: You are comfortable presenting results and strategy directly to clients. You can explain why a campaign is winning or losing without jargon.
- End-to-End Execution: Build, launch, and manage full-funnel campaigns across Google, Meta, Linked In, and secondary platforms.
- Strategy & Analysis: Translate client goals into paid media strategies. Monitor daily/weekly performance to maximize ROI/ROAS and proactively pivot budget when needed.
- Client Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for select clients, delivering performance reports and leading strategy calls.
- Data & Tracking: Ensure the "plumbing" works. You should be comfortable with GA4, Tag Manager, and Pixel setups to ensure we are tracking the right data.
- Continuous Testing: Conduct A/B tests on creative, copy, and audiences. You don’t just "set and forget."
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Agency experience preferred).
- Proven success managing both B2B and B2C campaigns that optimized for lead gen and sales, not vanity metrics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and Looker Studio.
- Strong communication skills:
