The expected annual salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 a year, and the position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. You’ll lead the development, implementation, and coordination of HR policies and systems that align with Eaton’s values, ensuring compliance while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.   • Deliver impactful HR programs and initiatives that align with the division’s strategy and Eaton’s values.
  • Lead talent acquisition and development efforts, managing the talent review process to build capability and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Partner with operations leadership to design and implement effective talent management strategies linked to business and financial objectives.
  • Leverage coaching, consulting, and facilitation skills to influence positive behaviors and achieve favorable business outcomes.
  • Champion positive employee relations, promoting open communication and trust while providing counsel to resolve conflicts and employee relations issues.
  • Administer competitive compensation programs that reward superior performance and support retention of top talent.
  • Ensure seamless integration of performance management strategies, driving continuous improvement and elevating overall workforce performance.
Qualifications Basic (required) Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or college diploma from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of (3) years’ experience in Human Resources.
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in human resources or business administration.
  • Manufacturing experience.
  • Working knowledge of employment/labour laws.
