The Village of Glendale Crossing located in London, Ontario has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Wellness – Retirement to join their team.

Includes every other weekend and on call rotations.
Salary:
The hiring range for this role is $70,040 - $77,500.

- Provide oversight and support leadership for the clinical services of Retirement.
- Be in good standings with the CNO and hold a valid RPN license.
- Lead the clinical administration including budgeting and supply orders.
- Oversee Resident care plans, assessments, and support of clinical acute residents.
- Perform clinical team evaluations, bi-annual med-admin audit, education and mentorship.
- Create a vision for excellence focused on clinical excellence in quality and risk processes throughout RH, including CQI audits, program evaluations and compliance plans.
- Have specific Neighborhood oversight and/or clear expectations which include HCA, Service Plans, Move In, Re-Admission assessments, clinical follow up and support for assigned Neighborhood team(s).
- Oversee the Village's pharmacy partnership, including medication management system.
- Support and embrace resident-centered social culture and deliver the highest quality of service to residents, visitors, and team members through comprehensive and effective support.
- Geriatric nursing experience.
- Nursing leadership experience.
