The Children’s Treatment Centre of Chatham-Kent is building a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, and we’re looking for a passionate Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to join our incredible team in a 35 hours/week 12‑Month Contract Based role.

About the RoleYou’ll be a key clinical leader within our Entry to School Program, Core Clinical Services and other behaviour programs, supporting children with developmental needs and autism spectrum disorder as they build the skills needed for success. Working alongside families, educators, and a multidisciplinary team, you’ll design and guide evidence‑based behavior supports that promote growth, independence, and well‑being.
- Complete functional behaviour assessments and develop, implement, and monitor individualized behaviour support plans using applied behaviour analysis (ABA).
- Provide direct clinical services within the Entry to School classrooms, Core Clinical Services, and offering supervision and guidance to clinicians implementing behaviour programs.
- Collaborate with families, children, and interdisciplinary team members to identify strengths, goals, and meaningful outcomes.
- Support smooth transitions into school by consulting with and sharing strategies, resources, and expertise with local school board partners.
- Play a vital role in shaping inclusive, child‑centred supports within a collaborative team and an evolving, innovative service model.
- Master’s degree with coursework in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
- Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) certification, in good standing.
- Experience delivering and supervising ABA‑based interventions in clinical and/or educational settings with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong skills in observation, data collection, behaviour management, instruction, and clear oral and written communication.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a strength‑based, family‑centred, interdisciplinary team supporting children and youth.
- Demonstrated experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- French fluency is an asset but not required.
- Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license, insured vehicle, and adequate liability insurance.

$67, 509.00 - $86,165.00 (Annual) or $37.09.00 – $47.34 (Hourly)
