Position: Controller – HVAC Manufacturing ON) Up to $140k Base Salary
Responsibilities:
Lead accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, inventory, and general ledger.Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with corporate policies.Oversee audits, insurance renewals, and cash flow management.Support ERP implementation, reporting tools, and process improvements.Qualifications:
Degree in Commerce, Business Admin, or related field.8+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.CPA designation strongly preferred.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite), Excel, and reporting tools.Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Why Apply:
