Reports through the Senior Customer Service Representative‑Revenue or Manager of Customer Service and Assessment or Supervisor of Taxation and Revenue.
Work Performed:Provide property tax information to property tax owners, answering questions regarding property tax billing, pre‑authorized payments, address changes and other questions.
Completes standard form letters as required and files incoming documents.
Performs related duties as required.
Qualifications:Enrolled in a Community College Business Administration Diploma program or equivalent field/discipline.
Compensation & Other Information:$23.00/hr.
