AR​/XR Display Hardware Applications Developer

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a specialized field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience with the full hardware design cycle, including schematic capture, component selection, board bring-up, and debugging.
• 4 years of experience programming with Python for scripting, test automation, and data analysis.
• 4 years of experience working in hardware board design, validation, or applications engineering.
• 4 years of experience with high-speed Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) principles.
• Experience using simulation tools or analysis techniques to de-risk PMIC and mixed-signal designs.

• Familiarity with standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, electronic loads) for characterization and root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with light measurement devices (spectrometers, colorimeters, industrial cameras) and the ability to correlate electrical performance with optical outputs (brightness, color, uniformity).
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and communicate complex technical concepts to both internal R&D teams and external partners.
• Ability to process and visualize experimental data to drive engineering decisions.
• Willingness to travel internationally (Taipei, partner sites) to support integration milestones.
