A growing engineering firm in London, Ontario is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to lead capital projects and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and at least 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience. Responsibilities include designing tooling, optimizing manufacturing processes, and implementing Lean initiatives for cost reduction and efficiency. Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability are critical for success in this role.
