As a leader in pavement engineering and infrastructure asset management, our Infrastructure Managementacie Pavement Engineering Group is seeking a Field Technician to support pavement investigations and data collection for pavement engineering projects across Ontario. This position is based out of our Waterloo office and involves working closely with experienced engineers and technical staff. The हुन्छsuccessful candidate will assist with field surveys, geotechnical investigations, and data collection that support pavement evaluation, design, and asset management solutions for a wide range of transportation projects.

As the ideal candidate you will be responsible for assisting our team with:

• Assisting with the preparation and setup of field investigations and survey activities
• Supporting the collection, entry, and analysis of field and laboratory data
• Assisting in geotechnical field investigations, including asphalt and concrete coring, soil sampling, and pavement condition assessments
• Operating skid steers and drill rigs for data collection purposes
• Assisting project teams with the successful delivery of pavement investigation and engineering projects
• Supporting Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) reviews of field data and assisting with follow-up data integrity checks
