The Waterloo Catholic District School Board with a total student population of 38,000, provides services to students in 52 schools (Kindergarten to Grade 12) across the Waterloo Region.

General Description Of Duties
  • Ensure the safety and security of students during the lunch period.
Minimum Requirements
  • 18 years of age or over;
  • Canadian citizen with Social Insurance Number or valid work permit to be eligible to work in Canada
Desirable Assets
  • Experience working with children
  • Willingness to assume a wide variety of duties;
  • Ability to communicate in a sensitive, courteous manner with students, parents, staff and the general public;
  • Ability to work as a team player;
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.

Hourly Rate: $28.11 – $29.51 per hour

Location: St Matthew Catholic Elementary School, Waterloo, ON.

Hours of Work: 1 hour per day, 3 hours per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 11:35am – 12:35pm

Weeks/Year: Approx. 41 weeks/year (September – June)

Effective Date: ASAP
