About the Opportunity
We are seeking Canadian-licensed Family Physicians interested in expanding their clinical practice into medical aesthetics, with a focus on cosmetic injectables (e.g., neuromodulators and dermal fillers).
This role is ideal for physicians looking to:

Comprehensive, hands-on training is provided, including clinical protocols, patient assessment, injection techniques, complication management, and ongoing mentorship.

Role Overview
Physicians in this role will provide in-person cosmetic injectable services and participate in the full patient journey—from consultation to treatment and follow-up—supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical and aesthetic consultations
- Assess patient suitability for cosmetic injectable treatments
- Obtain and document informed consent
- Perform cosmetic injectable procedures in accordance with training and protocols
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and safety standards
- Monitor outcomes and manage follow-up care
- Collaborate with nursing, administrative, and clinical support teams
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
Training & Support
- Full initial training in cosmetic injectables (theory + hands-on)
- Structured onboarding and supervised clinical practice
- Ongoing education, mentorship, and clinical support
- Established protocols for safety, complications, and escalation
- Full administrative and operational support so physicians can focus on patient care
Qualifications
- MD in good standing with College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
- Eligible to practice independently in Ontario
- Strong interest in aesthetic medicine and procedural practice
- Commitment to patient safety, professionalism, and ethical care
- No prior cosmetic injectables experience required
