General Labourer – Basement Waterproofing

A1 Waterproofing is a locally owned company based in London, Ontario, specializing in basement waterproofing and foundation repair solutions. Our work includes interior and exterior waterproofing, crack repair, sump pump systems, drainage solutions, excavation, and site restoration.

We are currently hiring a General Labourer to join our field crew. This is a hands‑on position suited for someone who is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Experience in construction or labour is preferred but not required
. Training is provided, and continued learning is expected.

• Assist with interior and exterior waterproofing projects
• Excavation, digging, back filling, and site clean‑up
• Handling and transporting materials and tools
• Working alongside crew leaders and technicians
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional job site

• Combination of indoor and outdoor work
• Exposure to all weather conditions
• Physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, kneeling, and digging
• Residential and commercial job sites

• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to perform physically demanding labour
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Commitment to safety and teamwork

• Construction or labour experience is an asset but not required
• Full on‑the‑job training provided
• Ongoing skills development and learning expected
