Job Title: After School Club Manager

Location: Alderton Junior School, Alderton Hall Ln, Loughton, IG10 3HE

Hours: 22.5 hours per week on a term time contract with the opportunity to work up to 40 hrs per week during holiday clubs if desired

Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 9am and 3pm - 6pm

Contract: Term Time

Pay: Up to £13.50

The ideal candidate will have management and team-leading experience and be able to demonstrate a real passion for working with children.

We are looking for a happy, enthusiastic and passionate Club Manager who is committed to developing and nurturing other team members, as well as our children. You would be joining the UK's leading provider of children’s wraparound care, offering a range of roles in our Breakfast, After School and Holiday Clubs.

• Lead a passionate team who share the same goals; manage, direct and support staff in delivering a safe and effective programme, while ensuring team members are motivated and happy.
• Ensure effective communication between your venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre, and Central Operations.
• Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for our children while inspiring them to explore their interests.
• Plan, supervise and deliver activities with structure and enthusiasm, including a wide range from multi-sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
• Follow procedures and policies; implement protocols with the team, as the children in our care are our responsibility.
• Be energetic, enthusiastic, honest and genuine, aiming to create positive, memorable experiences for everyone involved.
• Be flexible and bring your unique talents; if you’re a big kid at heart, that’s a plus.
