NAL Insurance Inc. is looking for a dynamic and professional Insurance Administrator to join our team at our new office in London. The ideal candidate will have strong client service skills and communicate effectively in written and verbal formats. As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating our corporate insurance programs and providing administrative support across all departments in our company.

This posting is to fill a current vacancy in our company.

Salary range: $45,000-$55,000. Exact salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Duties
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for corporate clients and agents via phone and email, addressing inquiries and providing assistance with insurance-related matters, or connecting the client with the appropriate department.
  • Processing of insurance applications, cancellations, reporting, and policy documents, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather and organize information, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, keeping records organized and easily accessible.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing calendars, and preparing reports
  • Other duties as provided by the direct manager or supervisor
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in insurance, finance, or the transportation industry is an asset.
  • Proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach.
