Position: In-Office Team Administrative & Office Support
Location: Southwestern Ontario

A leading professional services firm in Ontario seeks a Team Administrative Assistant to deliver quality support on various tasks. Responsibilities include document formatting, filing, scheduling meetings, and inventory monitoring. The ideal candidate should possess service orientation, teamwork skills, and basic proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. The contract runs from mid-February to early May, offering an hourly pay range of $20 to $25.
