Position: In-Office Client Services & Admin Coordinator — Wealth
Location: Southwestern Ontario

A leading wealth management firm is looking for a Client Services Coordinator / Administrative Assistant in Southwestern Ontario. In this full-time, in-office role, you will support the advisory team with client and account administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of office administration experience, preferably in a financial services environment, and must demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office and a client-centered mindset are essential for success.
