We are a well-established investment advisory practice in St. Thomas seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative & Client Service Assistant
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values confidentiality, and takes pride in staying organized and supporting a professional office environment.
You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations while providing a high level of service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Scheduling client meetings and managing calendars
- Preparing and processing paperwork related to client accounts
- Maintaining accurate client records and filing systems
- Assisting with client inquiries and follow-ups
- Supporting compliance-related documentation as required
