This position provides administrative support to the Associate Members, as well as the Executive Director and Program Director (as required). Duties include, but not limited to, handling customer inquiries (both virtual and in-office), responding to client communication, scheduling of meetings, advocating the organization's objectives in assisting Associate Members to provide services to the citizens of London and surrounding community. Working directly with all the organization's partners and funders, and connecting required tasks with applicable service provider.
These duties will be carried out in accordance with organizational policies. Marketing is a large part of this position's duties and responsibilities.
Competencies include-initiative, organization, time management, decision making, communication proficiency, entrepreneurship and detailed oriented. The job operates in a professional office environment, and requires the intermediate use of computers and web technology.
Requirements-Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check, Valid Photo References.
At least two years of previous experience in a business environment, attention to detail for data entry and generating reports, and experience working system design and quality assurance.
Education:
At least two years of previous experience.
The current compensation for this role is $20.00 per hour.
