Our multiple-entity client in the health services industry is growing and needs to hire an Accounting Supervisor to bridge transactional accounting and financial management, ensuring accuracy, control, and operational efficiency.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will assist in day‑to‑day accounting operations while overseeing and mentoring two staff.

• Oversee and review A/P and A/R activities
• Monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
• Prepare internal financial reports and supporting schedules
• Develop, maintain, and analyze advanced Excel workbooks
• Act as escalation point for accounting issues prior to Director of Finance involvement
• Provide guidance, training, and technical support to junior accounting staff

• CPA (CA or CGA legacy designations acceptable)
• 5+ years in a full‑cycle accounting role
• Experience working within multi‑entity, high‑volume AP, AR environments preferred
• Quick Books and Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills, with superior grammar and precision
