Part Sales Manager

Auto Zone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Managers and MITs play a key leadership role, expected to Live The Pledge and deliver WOW! Customer Service while executing store operations with excellence. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs lead by example, demonstrating initiative and strong leadership.

As a Parts Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience. • Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling and control shrink.
• Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing.
• Enforce PPE use and promote risk‑management practices.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, upholding company policies.

• Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification (preferred).
