Assisted Home Health and Hospice is looking for RNs to join our Home Health Team in Lompoc. ($86 per/routine visit and $141 per/SOC). • Complete initial and on-going comprehensive assessments of the patient’s needs
• Provide service and /or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills
• Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures
• Counsel, support and instruct the patient, family and caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, active license in the state of California Board of Nursing
• Current CPR, health clearance, TB clearance.
