Title: Mobile Response Team LVN | LPT
Responsibilities- The Mobile Response Team LVN | LPT provides safe, effective, and compassionate responses to individuals during a mental health crisis.
- Respond to calls from dispatch involving a mental health crisis in various settings and travel to the caller’s location to provide crisis intervention services, including assessing and documenting holds.
- Supervise the Peer Specialist as part of the Mobile Response Team (MRT).
- Full-Time:
Overnight
- Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT.
- Previous experience in mental health nursing is preferred.
- Current CPR and first aid certifications.

The Crestwood Behavioral Health Mobile Response Team (MRT) provides community-based interventions for those experiencing a mental health crisis. The MRT can deploy into the community to provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization. The MRT is staffed by Licensed/Registered Mental Health Counselors and Peer Specialists who can provide services throughout Lompoc and Santa Barbara County, including residences, parks, shelters, schools, and hospitals.
The goal is to de-escalate the crisis and safely connect individuals with mental health care and resources.
Pay Range: $40 - $42 USD per hour. The final salary offered will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate’s skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
