Title: Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide)

Schedule: On-Call

Pay Range: $21 — $21 USD

• The Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) is responsible for monitoring and communicating with clients, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, supporting client ADLs if needed, and assisting in crisis intervention. This is a critical part of the team to ensure proper care for our clients, including appropriate documentation per policies and procedures.

• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience as applicable in a psychiatric setting.
• In the absence of two years of experience, training may be substituted. This training will be based on, but not limited to, the 52-hour in-service plan.
• Driving duties, including transporting clients, may be assigned. Candidates must have a valid CA Driver's License and pass a DMV driving history check.

Crestwood Champion Healing Center is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) located in Lompoc, a beautiful Central Coast city in Santa Barbara County, known as "The City of Arts and Flowers." Champion Healing Center has innovative trauma-informed recovery programs that are based on Crestwood's commitment to providing a continuum of care that puts persons served with significant mental health issues on the road to recovery.

Salary note: The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
