This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager/Marketing agent located in Lomita, CA. Duties include day-to-day account management for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries related to commercial lines coverage and employee benefits. Responsibilities include policy reviews, renewals, negotiating with carriers, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth policy administration and compliance.
