What You'll Be Doing
- Represent TORQ at events
, booths, and public locations with a professional, friendly, and confident presence - Proactively initiate conversations with the public to explain our core services and qualify interest
- Capture quality leads and accurate contact information to ensure the Sales team can follow up effectively
- Maintain brand consistency by following approved talking points and visual standards
- Assist with event logistics
, including setup, teardown, and maintaining a high-standard booth environment - Log leads and outcomes correctly in our reporting systems to ensure 100% data accuracy
- Comfortable approaching strangers and initiating conversations with energy and confidence
- Reliable and punctual with a proven track record of showing up on time and prepared for shifts
- Willingness to follow brand standards and processes without cutting corners
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
, including evenings, weekends, and specific event dates - Coachable mindset with the ability to take initiative when event traffic is slow
